I am planning to remove my mole with the laser treatment soon, and I heard from somebody that it is required that I stay indoors after the treatment, meaning I can’t go anywhere and I must stay indoors. I couldn’t help but think that was completely untrue. Is this really the deal?

The skin is very sensitive after treatment like that.
Maybe you don’t have to stay indoors, but you should definitely cover the place so it won’t get hit by the sun. Not just with clothes. Some fabrics are really thin and the area can still get damaged.
Ask at the clinic how you should do, just to make sure. But I’m certain they’ll inform you of those things.
absolutly not. i had a mole removed from my foot in the summer (flip flops?!) and i was perfectly fine going outside in the sun.
