I am not sure to call it a Mole, but its like that, it does not pain,and it not unnoticeable also, its not very big.
I felt it 2 months back, i don’t know when it started to grew.
Can it be harmful?

It’s a good chance that it is a genital wart. You need to get it checked to find out if you are carrying the HPV virus. Please take this seriously, some strains of HPV can cause cervical cancer in women!
The good news is that it won’t hurt you, but you need to get a doctor’s help on safer sex guidelines for your particular case if you do end up having HPV.

ask your doctor. I never heard of a wart being there and I would guess it’s a mole. It could be a problem but probably not. write me and tell me about it. I curious and………………

You should have it checked, especially if it is a new growth, it migth be just a wart or something, but it could also be something more serious such as a cancerous tumor. Get checked as soon as possible to be sure
