I went to the dermatologist because i was referred by my doctor for bruises that have lasted months… he had no clue so he sent me to a dermatologist..

At the dermatologists he kept looking at my moles and saying they were suspicious. He even brought out a textbook and showed me pictures of cancerous moles! Anyway today he took a biopsy from one on my back. Does this happen frequently and its nothing I should be worried about or can most doctors tell by looking at them if they are cancerous and the biopsy is just for confirmation?

I had a mole removed before from a different derm for cosmetic reasons and she said they always biopsy but she didn’t think anything was wrong. Obviously this was a different mole.

I really don’t want to deal with getting moles removed by them doing stuff to my body that will leave scars and I’ll have to deal with stitches…so does Dermatend work? Is it like a real product worth my money? Because if it is, why wouldn’t doctors prescribe it? Why do people go to get their skin hacked at instead? I just wanna know if anyone has had any experience with it before i try it! Also is it safe to use on face areas? Thanks!

this annoying black mole on my face I’ve had it all my life and im sick of it. Is there anyway to get rid of it without having to go to the doctors? please help

It is a pink raised mole on her neck.
She says it hurts and when i check it, it had a little white lump/bump on the end of it?
She is booking a doctors appointment but should i be concerned?
What could it most likely be?

It isnt dark or an irregular shape but it is raised.

ok so ive been to the doctors twice about mole removal, each time asking if they will remove it, now i know they wont remove it for cosmetic reasons, but i told her its causing me depression, as i dont like to go out with it showing and ive been slagged about them, its just under my nose, slightly raised. on the nhs websight it says they will remove it if its causing depression, so why have i been told they cant do it twice? is there any other way i can get it removed safely and without loads of money? and this is a really stupid question but can you get flat moles(pigmented skin) tattoed over? like to make them lighter? any help would be great thanks
