Hidious! I know that these are not skin cancer, But my son in law has several and wants to get rid of them without having to see a dermatologist..any ideas?

Mole removal, what leaves less of a scar freezing off or cutting out?
Went to several different dermatologists in the US. Most said they cut them out, some using a sharpened hole punch type device, then stitching up – cost 0 PER MOLE removed. Some say they can shave them off if they aren’t deep. Another dermatologist freezes them off, 0 TOTAL (not per mole) for up to 14 moles, so if you had 14 done, it would cost .28/each from 200/14=.28. Which method leaves less of a scar? Anyone tried various methods? Which is best? Using the cut off method they also do a biopsy to check for cancer which is why that method costs about 10x as much. Links and before/after pictures would also be good if you can supply. Some are on the face so which method would leave a minimal scar?

So I was asking different Facial Laser Resurfacing/dermatologist places in my area, to remove acne scars and moles/freckles on my face and was going to go with the guy that responded with the message below, does that look like the accurate treatments? Does it sound okay?

ok, so i have a small mole that i’m thinking of getting removed, but i’d like some opinions first:)
it is on my left lower hip, like RIGHT beside my hip bone. it is very small , like probably 0.5 cm in diameter, but the thing is that it’s raised, and i haate raised moles! i wouldnt care if it was a small flat mole, but because its raised it makes me soooo self-concious !!
what do you think i should do? what would you do?
and about the removal, do you know how much it would cost approximately to get a really small raised mole removed by a dermatologist? what is the procedure like? i dont mind if it leaves a small scar, i would really rather have that than this mole.

I have small flat moles on my face, I want to know is there any way to getting it removed. Is there some kind of medicine or cream you can buy online? A dermatologist is NOT an option for me.
