opinions on removing moles from body?
I have 80-100 flat brown moles throughout my body. It might sound like a lot but to be honest its not that many at all, less than you would picture if you heard that number. Anyway i’m thinking of removing them but was wondering what peoples opinions were on it. I’m kinda self concious but not to the point where im afraid what people think. I was wondering if i should still remove them or not to bother with them. so what do you guys think?

it cost between $100 and $120 to remove one and insurance will not cover it unless it is medically necessary and the flat ones are usually not dangerous unless they are wider than a pencil or irregularly shapen or more than one color.

if you dont like them, remove them. i dont like mines, im a dude, i have a hella small flat one and its driving me crazy, i gotta get rid of it i dont care what other ppl think
i had one behind my ear that i got removed and now there is a weird bump there that looks worse.
There are dermatologists and plastic surgeons
that specialize in this type of thing.

Ever had one removed before? Not very comfortable, though they give you a local anesthetic – maybe a general anesthetic for that many. There is a risk of nerve damage any time the surface of the skin is cut. I would say if they are not suspicious looking, leave them alone.

It depends on where they are located and how large they are.
It they are small, ignore them.
If they are large or growing see a doctor.
I would have an actual dermatologist look at the typical nature of your moles. I would not have them removed unless they were on clothing lines or areas that would get irritated. neck line, wrists, waist, thigh, etc.
