I put on his scratch bandage. When I took it off this morning it was still bleeding.But now it stopped.

No one here can honestly accurately diagnosis your child’s skin condition because s/he does not know your child’s medical record and it is not wise to share such information to a total stranger. No sensible or responsible person would want to give you advice because there is a good chance s/he can be wrong. Then, when there is an accident. Who is to blame? You are! The stranger is not liable for any harm done. The trade-off is huge: a medical physician versus a total random stranger. It is just plain dangerous!
Bottom line: give your child the quality medical care he deserves by taking him to a board-certified pediatrician or pediatric dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan!
