i have alot of moles on my face they are flat moles and i have one big mole i also have pimples and acne i want to know how to get rid of them efficently and fast.

Go to a dermatologist. Acne is a medical condition, and can only be treated effectively with the right MEDICINE. Over the counter stuff just doesn’t cut it! It is a medical problem. With moles, you should get them checked out to see if they are cancerous. If you just want them gone for aesthetic reasons, it would be a cosmetic surgery (they have to cut them out). Go see a doctor!
