I have this mole like an inch under my nose. And its the size of a pea. When i wer foundation you can hardly see it. but just these last few weeks its gotten darker and today i woke up and it hurt to touch and it was numb on and around it. I know i need to go to the doctor but i’ waiting for the end of the month so i can get my pay check.

A cancerous mole is skin cancer. There is no way anyone can tell from here what it is and because it is changing you do need to see a doctor.
