WHat are some ways to remove skin moles?

Is there a household way to remove BIG skin Moles?

Hi i have skin moles and am wondering if anyone out there can give me some advice as to what to do to keep them from growing bigger or even how to get rid of them off my skin?

I’m trying to get rid of several skin moles on my face and neck, but I do not want to get surgury.
I have heard the you can freeze smaller ones off, like a wart, with a kit that is avaliable at grocery stores.
I also heard if you tie a string tightly around it, the mole will be cut off of blood supply and die and fall off.

Does anyone know if these methods work? Do you know any others?

and I don’t want to go to the doctor. I want to try to do it from home.

I have been to 2 dermatologists. The first one wants to freeze and shave/slice it off. The second wants to punch a hole and stitch it up. Which one will leave a better looking scar?
The funny thing is that both dermatologists said that they think their method looks better than the one the other presented, so now I am thoroughly confused. Thanks for your answers!
