I have some blackheads on my nose and its been there for years. What are the side effects of ignoring my blackheads? I heard that they may turn into moles..

would you rather have a boyfriend or girlfriend with a ugly body (overweight hairy smelly dirty an all that stuff) but have the smoothest clearest beautiful face there is in the world but they couldnt loseweight or get surgery. or would you rather have a boyfriend/girlfriend with a hideous (face hairy dirty teeth eye boogers wrinkles moles and all that stuff) but have the hottest body there is ever.

i have been in the sun alot but just the other day i foun 3 or 4 new moles. is their a way to get rid of them or is this a serious medical condition?

I mean what those moles do in our body is there a reason for them to be there?Or they are just there?

I am pregnant so my belly button is starting to pop out more and I noticed a mole that has never been there before. I know this because I got my belly button pierced last January and it wasn’t there then.
