Are these flat moles on my face removable?

They could probably be excised but you’d end up with a scar if they are deep, which would look worse than the mole. It’s one thing to remove them if there is a health issue (melanoma) and another thing to remove them for cosmetic reasons. You’ve probably had those all your life…..they are part of you and your face and everyone who knows you, knows you have them. If they’re not hurting anything, I’d leave them alone.
yes they are removable, you just have to do research and find the right place to go.
