The mole is flat it seems to look like its under the skin. Located on the head of my penis.. >.<

I just want to know if its normal for this to happen.

And if its able to be removed and how? Ive heard u can do home remedies to get rid of them but i aint taking my chances with this one can someone who knows what their talking about please help.
