can i spread it out over time if it is too dangerous to have them all off at once?

I was born with a lot of moles but other than that I am pretty attractive. I think the moles are hideous especially this really big one on my back that people have literally been disgusted by before.

I have two on my face that I want gone. Once has almost no color and pretty much just looks like a giant zit which i HATE.

I cannot be comfortable in my own skin when it is covered by moles. I have tried to just let it go but in the back of my mind it always bothers me. So please DONT TELL ME NOT TO DO IT!!!! I just want advice from people on what to do.

I have had them checked out by dermatologists and none of them are cancerous, so can I just go to a regular doctor and not get MOHS? Maybe i will go to the dermatologist for the ones on my face but i just need them like scraped off with that sharp thing that doctors use. Also, will this cost a fortune?
I was thinking I would take a week or two off this summer that way I can hide my skin while it heals since I work part time as a life guard and part time as a waiter.

Hi i am 19 years old and I have a small skin tag on the head of my penis. How much does that cost to remove it? Do they have a skin tag removal kit you can buy? Also I have these tiny white bumps around the head of my penis on one side. What are these?

Or if not, which active ingredients do break them down, and what can they be found in? I need some good home remedies for moles, preferably based on positive personal experiences of your own… I want to know that at least someone has successfully treated a mole with the remedy, as many of the ones on the internet seem to lack proven results.
