What do HPV warts look like? I know they are usually raised abnormal marks in the genital area, but is it possible for them to look like just freckles or moles, and be flat, different colored marks down there?

I recently noticed a few skin tags on my arms.. where do they come from, what are they and can I get them removed or remove them myself ?
