I only have 1 mole on my body so I can’t compare it with others, but I wanted to know if normal moles are supposed to be dark brown with a border that is a lighter brown?

I’m an 18 year old white female. I have around 20 moles total around my body. I’ve had a few burns in my life, but tan quite easily. I’m guessing that these are just atypical moles considering my background.
Also, does anyone know generally how much it will cost (without insurance) to get my body checked for moles at a derm.?
moles have been showing up every where, where they haven’t been before.
I really hate all these raised moles I have on my neck, anyone with a similar problem able to get rid of them?
My boyfriend got four moles removed. Two started bleeding about 5 hours after the removal, and they bled pretty bad. A large bandage would fill up pretty fast and had to keep changing it. We applied pressure many different time and one of them finally stopped but the other hasn’t. He went to the doctor today to check his blood because he’s on coumadin (blood thinner) and he asked the doctor about it. She was just like "that’s normal keep changing the bandage" but 6 hours after the docs and we’ve had to change a full bandage three times and it usually streams down his arm after a while.
Any suggestions?
