i was just wondering if every skin cancer had to begin in a mole.

A few weeks ago i noticed a very tiny dot on my leg and was curious as the what it was. As time progressed i soon saw that it was a mole as it had gotten Little bigger and was a brown colour. I have just gotten dressed and noticed it again, fairly small but still bigger than it had been.

What does this mean? Am i in danger, should i get it checked out? The mole isn’t raised or anything it is flat on my skin, and i havent been out in the sun at all.

I need to figure out how to get rid of skin tags the easiest and hopefully most painless way on the eyelid
