I was wondering what would happen if someone tried to pull off a raised mole off of their skin with tweezers

A year ago, my 8 year old sister only had 1 mole (on her face.) Now she has 7 moles total on her face. What caused her to all of a sudden have so many moles in a year span? She doesn’t play out in the sun all day or do any sports. She goes to school and goes out during recess but that’s about all. She’s also not light skinned and doesn’t have freckles or anything. I just don’t know why these moles keep popping up. I also never had a mole on my face before but then suddenly when I was about 5 years old, one popped up on my lip. It’s been there ever since. I’m just wondering how moles just suddenly appear. Thanks =)

Oh, and nobody else in our family (parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents) has moles like these…. could it still be genetics even though nobody has them to the extent of how many she has.. some of out relatives have maybe 1 mole.. but it’s either no mole or just 1 on their faces.. not 7+
so is hpv a bad thing? what damage does it cause to your health? sorry..
