Say you have a mole and its itchy or whateva, are their any other symptoms besides those that only effect the mole/skin?

hey, im 15 (boy) and i have quite a toned body and im shape and stuff, with body hair etc, but i also noticed i have 2 quite large moles on my body.

one is about 1cm above my bellybutton and is about 5mm across.

the other one is slightlyyy larger and is about 5cm under my right nipple.

i dont think theres anything wrong with them e.g cancerous theyre just part of me, but i have quite a pale body and i was wondering what would my girlfriend think if she see’s them or if people in general saw them.

should i be embarrased or not.

i’ve always had it there, and its symmetrical, nothing has changed, but it has just recently having this white stuff come out of it.

Well, I have like at least 8 facial moles. They aren’t really big. They’re scattered all over my face (most of them are on the right side of my face).
I know it’s what is on the inside that counts, but I just wanna know if people find them unattractive.
