It started off really small I thought it was a dot made by a pen, but over the past few months it has grown. It is a jet black perfectly round raised mole. Its probably about 3-4 millimeters wide and 1 tall. I cant find anything on the internet about this.

Also fatigue, fever and sore throat. Please help!

Can having a suspicious facial mole biopsied spread cancer (if it’s malign)?

I am an attractive guy in his 20′s who unfortunately comes from a family where moles are just prevalent. It SUCKS!! They are so unattractive and my trunk is covered in them. I’m just wondering, shy of surgery, has anyone had any TRUE success stories with any over-the-counter topical cream?
