If so, what would it be called?

i heard that soe moles can turn cancerous my the sun so what do i do and how do i know which ones are fine in the sun and which ones arnt. shall i just put sunblock on the at all time.

i have many and would like them gone. what can I do? would I have to have plastic surgery? what are my options?

btw, i got it checked out and it’s not cancerous.. taking it off would just be because i don’t like it.
well, i have a mole on my nose, and it doesn’t bother me too much, but i know it will grow and get worse.. so in a year or two i was gonna get it taken off.
It is quite noticeable and people have learned to accept it although i do sometimes get made fun of for it.
When i get it removed, it will be obvious that i have had it taken off, so what do i tell everyone?
I’m definitely not telling them i got surgery to take it off.. so what can i say that won’t be a huge lie?
I’m thinking of saying it started to kinda peel off so i went to the doctors and they took the rest off.. is that good? Any ideas?
