does it get bigger? do other complications happen? Is it possible that nothing happens for years?

A few weeks ago I barely scratched my back where I had a small mole looking bump and it bled a lot, I would say approximately 2 teaspoons and this mole looking bump is approximately the size of a capital O. It has been bleeding off and on for the past few weeks and its not scarring or scabbing over. Yesterday it bled a lot again like the first time. I have been keeping a band aid on it because I don’t want the blood to ruin any of my clothes. Please tell me what it could be and what I should do if you know. Thanks so much for all your help!

I have moles that live in my front yard and they are just tearing up the lawn. So i was just wondering if anyone knew the most humane way to make them go away, and if need be, kill them. Thanks.
