If i have a mole that turns into a scab then back into a mole in several places in a short period of time do i have skin cancer?

Should the application of garlic cease when a mole blisters in the process of mole removal? What can I expect after that? Should I try to burst the blister? Is the scab forming under the blister? Should I disinfect the area every time I change the garlic – which I do about 2-3 times a day. Will a scab form after the blister bursts of its own accord and settles? If anyone knows or has an experience or experiences of this themselves would appreciate any information specific to my queries. Thanks.
